Cylindrical Screw Feed Washing Machines
(Archimedes Screw Drum Washing Machines)

Typical Applications:
In a production line, process for the continuous cleaning of nuts, bolts, bearings, valves, tubes, as well as cold worked parts in steel, brass, aluminium and other materials.

Construction and Operating Details:
A horizontal drum incorporating a forward feed screw (Archimedian screw) that moves the parts slowly through the washer. The parts are cleanded by immersion followed by jet wash, rinse and if required dried. Loading an either be done manually or via an automatic feed from a hopper.

Standard Equipment:
Heating can be provided from most types of energy sources and all heated units are fully insulated. Units are available in several size to suit the parts and load through the machine.

Accessories:
