The MEA Company's range of Surface Cleaning units are used extensively in the metal working and parts machining industries. They also find application in plant maintenance where pre-cleaning is required prior to inspection and overhaul. Cleaning duties range from removal of light residues up to the breakdown of tenaciuos deposits. The designs cater for the effective cleaning in and around hidden surfaces, drillings and chambers, for example, as found in castings and manipulated tube bundels.
To solve the cleaning needs of modern industry the MEA Company produce a comprehensive range of cleaning equipment based on two main cleaning concepts:

  • Combination of Immersion plus Agitation.
  • Multiple Spray Washing.
Decentralised Cleaning station:Work Place Parts Washing Unit.
  • Smaller units to satisfy 'On the Spot' cleaning needs, especially where component cleaning is required prior to assembly. 
Centralised Cleaning Station: Both standard and special purpose built lager Cabinet and Tunnel Washing Units.
  • The Multi Spray Cabinet Washing Units can be built with a single or multi stage washing programme, e.g. wash - rinse - dry . The Tunnel Washing Units (built to order) are usually incorporated into production line processes where parts are cleaned and then prepared for the next production step, e.g. wash - rinse - dry , followed by special treatments such as: phosphating, passivation or coating with a preserving oil.
  • In addition to the standard producet line the company also design and build specialised types of cleaning plant to satisfy specific customer requirements.
