Cabinet Style Front-Loading Spraying Washer
Typical Applications:
Used for both parts cleaning during production and for equipment maintenance
for pre, intermediate and final cleaning, the designs cater for the removal
of soiling from light residues up to heavy deposits.
Construction and Operating Details:
To ensure complete coverage by jets from the internal spray bars the load
platform ist generally rotated in the vertical axis. For more complicated
partes the designs allow for rotation of a special basket in the horizontal
axis (Gyro-Rotation). In special cases rotation of the spray bars also
possible.
Standardised Designs:
The Cabinet Washers are available in a range of standard sizes all capable
of being fitted and programmed for single or multiple wash cycles.
Accessories:
Various heating possibilities; adjustable thermostatic control. Other
accessories include, oil skimmers, stream/vapour extractors and drying
by hot air convection from electrical elemenets. Wide span of load requirements
including various sizes of transport carriages to suit each load.
